I stayed here May 23-25, 2024, Room 116, on the first floor, and LOVED IT, because: 1) The check-in person was enthusiastic and friendly, 2) The hotel is very quiet - more than a mile from the interstate and no road noise at all, PLUS had a quiet a/c unit, 3) the room was clean and comfortable, and 4) It was a convenient location. I stayed in five other hotels on this trip which cost 1.5x to 3x as much per night, including three brand new hotels from top-brands, and those OTHER places had loud a/c units or I heard noise from other rooms, making this where I had the BEST sleep out of 5 top hotels. I was at a family event, and my cousin stayed near the highway one exit south, and said he heard a lot of road noise. This is the best place around. Ignore the low-ratings. If you read the owner responses, the reviewers were in the wrong.

It is not a new hotel. But very well kept. The breakfast is not much waffles, muffins coffee toast orange juice and cereal. The bed were very comfortable. The staff were wonderful very very helpful and super friendly. The location was perfect
Parking lot is a little small but easy to access. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We generally like to stay at a place that offers breakfast, this particular place only has waffles and cereal or fruit. Even with out the full breakfast we have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here because of the comfort and cleanliness.
The pool is really nice and has seat benches in it. The front desk lady was very informative and friendly. The breakfast is just a regular complimentary one like everywhere else. Our room did smell of cigarettes but didn't bother us to much. I was so excited to see they had a functioning pool that didn't matter to me. A lot of other hotels pools were let go that we stayed at.
Excellent service, we'll mannered, always there to help you if in need. Best Hotel Ive ever stayed in. Highly recommended.
The young lady working during our checkin was very helpful, nice and accommodating! The beds was comfy! Very convenient to some places to eat! Also the next morning the kind woman working the front desk was also very nice and accommodating! Thanks so much for making our short stay a pleasant one! It’s always nice when someone working greets you with pleasantry!

My sister and I spent two nights at this hotel in Fort Payne. The young man at the desk, Robert, helped us so much checking in. The room was on the first floor and the beds were awesome. Maria, the young lady in the morning, kept the coffee, tea and breakfast selections ready to go and offered any help she could to us. Hope a time comes around again for us to stay again soon.
Very well cared for hotel!! My husband son and our pup had a one night stay while moving from one state to another. We had a long day on the road and were so happy to settle in to a clean and comfortable room! We had a pet friendly room, super clean, NO odor! The room and beds were very comfortable. Pride in ownership is reflected! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. First time I ever noticed positive energy from a hotel. Highly recommend
